There are different ways to reach us from Barcelona Airport
(Josep Tarradellas Airport):
- Train: trains (line R2) leave from Terminal 2 of Barcelona airport every 30 minutes to the city center (Timetable), namely to the main train station named "Barcelona Sants" - 4.20 euros. From this station, you can take the metro line 3 (green line) to the University of Barcelona (station "Palau Reial")
- Metro: line 9 South(orange line), Station "Zona Universitària" - 5.15 euros
- Bus: buses from the company Aerobús leave every 10 minutes from both Terminals to the city center - 5.90 euros. The buses stop at "Plaça Espanya" where you can take the metro line 3 (green line) to the University of Barcelona. You may also stop at "Plaça Catalunya" where metro line 3 is also available
- Taxi: Barcelona airport has two terminals, namely
Terminal 1 (new) and
Terminal 2
(old), which are connected by free shuttle buses. From Terminal 1, you will require approximately 35 euros
for cab fare to the city centre, 30 euros
from Terminal 2.
